It literally feels like several years ago we attended a concert, but this will soon be rectified – over two days, we’ll be hearing all four symphonies by Johannes Brahms live at the Berwald Hall.
Plans for our vegetable garden and green house are coming along nicely. We’ll grow several varieties of tomato; there’ll be lettuce, carrots, beans, peas; there’ll be early, mid- and late season potatoes (we still have some left of last years’ late season!), and we want everything to be sprinkled with nice flowers, so we’ll hopefully have something resembling a potager.
Whether or not Desperate Housewives is really coming back, we’re enjoying the original series. Suicide, murder, blackmail – anything goes. Slickly produced with plenty of memorable one-liners. Recommended.
