Since Friday’s launch of the new iPad, Apple announced that it hit the three million unit mark for iPad sales in a press release this afternoon.
That’s 80 hours of sales. That’s 4,800 minutes. That averages a transaction rate of 625 iPads per minute, or more than 10 iPads sold every second.
