The New York Times and the Evolution of the Hyperlink

The New York Times recently introduced a new feature that allows users to link to and highlight individual sentences and paragraphs in its articles.

I’m guessing it can be slightly complicated for the inexperienced surfer, but this is great for the tech-savvy who frequently link to NYT.

You can link to a specific paragraph, a particular sentence, or why not highlight a section?!
