Getting it done

So it’s all about trying to get things done at the moment, but finding the right tool can be tricky to say the least.

kGTD is a set of free AppleScripts that work with OmniOutliner Pro, but I’m not sure if it’s going to stay around so much longer now that Omni is developing its own GTD app.

EasyTask Manager has reached version 1.8 and costs $19,99.

I haven’t tried Thinking Rock from Aventy Pty Ltd, but it’s free, is multi-platform and has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 over at VersionTracker.

iGTD, has now reached version 1.4, comes as freeware and has a responsive developer and active community.

If fiddling around with a computer is not your thing, then there’s always the hipster PDA (see also the introduction to the concept over at 43 Folders).

Hi and welcome to my online bricolage. Here I’ll go on about anything from music to software and photography. It is essentially an online addition of sorts to my own personal diary.
