While James Joyce was still working on Finnegans Wake it was known as Work in progress, and friends of his commented on the complex novel by writing essays that were published long before the novel itself.
Now I’m not in any way trying to imply that these pages will have any literary value – nor do I expect people to write essays about them. But they are a work in progress, and I hope that anyone who comes here will drop me a comment or two.
